Selected grain is checked for moisture, cleanliness and physical properties. Incoming inspection determines its suitability for each product.
02Cleaning

Separation, magnets and aspiration remove coarse impurities, metal particles, dust and light husks, preparing grain for further processing.
03Processing
+
Depending on the product, we use dehulling, steaming, drying, crushing, milling or agglomeration. Crispbreads and snacks use popping.
04SORTEX Bühler
+
Optical sorting identifies colour-defective grains and foreign matter. It supports uniform quality in prepared raw materials and finished grains.
05Quality control
+
We inspect raw materials, processing and finished products. Checks cover particle size, moisture, appearance, texture and specification compliance.
06Packaging
+
Weighing dispensers, seal checks and batch identification. Packaging is selected to suit the product and sales channel.
